parents normally are notified about almost everything re their child, from field trips to sex-ed, ...but as it is right now, minors can have an abortion without their parents knowing...it's unbelievable, unfathomable. Loving parents should know and be allowed to talk to their child before they kill their baby. here's a petition to support parental notification
