According to NBC News 4, Washoe County Sheriff's Office deputies were called to Sun Valley Blvd on July 5, at about 1 p.m. when a concerned citizen dialed 911 after walking near a dumpster in a parking lot and hearing a baby crying. That citizen found the baby inside the dumpster and immediately climbed in to save the child.."
